Overview

I took on this project as the sole designer, delivering end-to-end creative executions across all 4 phases of the campaign: Pre-order, Available now, Launch, and Sustain.

Due to the scope and scale of this campaign, I wanted to make sure work progressed as smoothly and timely as possible to ensure we were in the market at the best opportunity. To make this happen, I invested time into the pre-work planning and setting up of working file templates that meant we could quickly kick things off when we had the final and complete brief.

I delivered over 200 digital and print creative assets for the flagship device launch including digital ads, mall doors, and digital store displays, and am really pleased we achieved 87% accuracy in artwork reviews with stakeholders at Samsung NZ. We also consistently maintained 90% accuracy across all internal and external creative dispatches even with the tight turnarounds, and tracked at 92% for timeliness against delivery deadlines.

I’m proud to say that all of this contributed to Spark meeting it’s goal of holding the #1 market share of device sales and being the preferred telco brand to purchase from, exceeding our year-on-year interest free payment (IFP) connections target by 3x, and further increasing acquisition by 36%
